For a drive with precision lead screws to operate optimally, clearance between the nut and screw must be as low as possible, while the thread flanks should be designed for a high contact ratio in order to increase service life and load capacity.
Precision lead screws require meticulous accuracy to produce. We can achieve a maximum deviation of 0.03 mm over 500 mm of thread length in materials up to 1450 N/mm² without cost-intensive grinding operations thanks to optimized, standardized manufacturing solutions.
